I’ve been busy working on a series of wood panels for Warehouse416 in Oakland, CA. This small annual art show features local artworks for under $200 and opens this Friday November 30, 2013. My hip-hop inspired pieces, 7.25″X 24″, on wood panel will be available for purchase tomorrow afternoon during Plaid Friday for $135- a piece. I cannot attend the Plaid opening tomorrow because of family obligations, but I will be around during First Friday December 6th 6pm-10pm if anyone wants to shoot the shit. Each original mixed media painting features an inspirational quote from one of my favorite hip-hop artists, and features the lyrics of the song from each inspirational quote.
